we are part of the problem and part of the solution
The Guadalupe Sierra is the only green area or green island existing north of Mexico City, this place is home of about 145 animal species, native trees such as copal. tejocote, tepozan, palo dulce and mezquite, and also is the home of a great variety of unique plants, most of which are used since ancestral times as traditional medicine, such as uña de gato, estafiate, palo dulce, hierba del sapo and many more.
This area is in a high
risk of disappear due to the urban pressure, overpopulation and a lack
of policies of protection. This amazing place is considered of a
high environmental value, because of its CO2 absorption, and also
because it captures damaging suspended particles and provides of fresh
water to two municipalities. We invite you to know this wondefull place. >>

Our volunteers are a fundamental part of the NGO, we need their valuable work to reach our goals. You can work with us in several ways, always theres will be something to do for our environment. Join us with this project where our languaje is the experience of everyone, our dress is solidarity and our home is the Earth.
The environment is more than planting trees, for us is a way of life, a compromise, an attitude and a way of being in harmony with all the living things on Earth.

public policies
One of our main priorities is get involved in changing the public policies, normative frames and environmental laws to allow new public policies to develop projects in order to build a new citizenship.
To reach this goal we have collabotared in several forums and activities. In this section you wiil know our results and the events in wich we have been working.

Global Warming and an accelerated damage to the environment are the main challenges of our time, your donation will be used in one of the following areas you can choose from.
- Propagation of native species to recover damaged habitats.
- Climate Change, where we implement adaptation and mitigation mechanisms in poor communities.
